The Title Page

The Abstract

The next page followed by the title page consists of an abstract. In other words, a brief overview of the entire term paper with key points and background information. It must be a single paragraph with not more than 120 words in length.

The Main Body

Now comes the essence of your term paper. This is the most important section of your term paper. You must use arguments backed by facts and figures and examples as evidence. In APA format you must use in-text citations in between sentences and paragraphs if you intend to use someone else’s ideas or information using textbooks, website or magazines. Make sure you use the name of the author and the year of publication.

References

Once you complete writing your term paper you must include a reference page as to indicate the sources you have used to gather and use the key information from the study of other authors. It must be done on a separate page in alphabetical order using authors’ last name.
