Mr. Bush pointed out in one of his famous speeches in 2002 said of Iraq, Iran and North Korea:
States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world. By seeking weapons of mass destruction, these regimes pose a grave and growing danger. (Bush, 2002)
The three countries mentioned were the rogue states and were not ready to the reasoning being offered to them. What Mr. Bush did wrong in 2003 was to only attack one of them, if he had done the right thing and attacked all three of them together because of their potential nuclear ability and not just them he should have taken Israel, India, Pakistan and even his European friends like UK and France and lets not forget China and Russia as all of them possess weapons of mass destruction and most of them are behind state-sponsored terrorism today or in the past.
