Sexual interaction before marriage is completely forbidden in Islam, regardless of whether it is a girlfriend or a prostitute. Sexual interaction before marriage is fornication (zina).
Anal intercourse with individual’s wife also completely prohibited, regardless of any condition. The Prophet SAWS cursed the one who does this: “Cursed is the one who approaches his wife in her rectum” (Reported by Imaam Ahmad, 2/479; see also Saheeh al-Jaami’, 5865).
