Abstract
This essay discusses the effects of postpartum depression on women and its symptoms. Postpartum depression occurs after the delivery of a baby. The onset of postpartum depression occurs after a woman conceives and is few weeks pregnant. Though, it just causes mild mood fluctuations. But in most of the cases concerning postpartum depression, women suffer from depression soon after the delivery of the baby.
