Fair Usage Policy:

All the orders delivered to the customers are intended to guide them, and shall be used as a reference/ resource for writing their own academic papers. The company follows strict plagiarism policy and no customer shall present the company provided papers with his/her name in the original format delivered. However, the company shall not be held liable for any received grades or marks as we do not guarantee grades.

Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to any customer using the company delivered academic papers in any illegal or unethical means. By placing order at Essay Demon, it is assumed that the customer has read all the policies and agrees with the same.

Delivery of the order

Essay Demon believes in prompt and timely services. All the orders are delivered on time. However, company shall not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of the order within time due to any of the reasons below:

• Customer email address is incorrect
• Customer does not check the email inbox or junk/spam box
• There are any technical issues with the service provider of the customer
• The customer does not have approach to internet anyway

Plagiarism

Essay Demon strictly abides with the plagiarism policy therefore, it is suggested to all the customers to adhere to the policies of the company. We believe in providing dedicated and honest services to all our customers and every order is written from the scratch without plagiarizing any content. However, if any customer has a complain about receiving a plagiarized content in any paper, the request will be considered after the provision of proper evidence of plagiarizing, and the customer shall be entitled to claim for compensation. It is recommended to all the customers to thoroughly check their papers for any traces of plagiarism. Although all the papers are thoroughly checked by our editors but in case to be on the safe side it is suggested to the clients to check their papers before submission. If the paper contains more than 30% of plagiarism than the customer is entitled to the refund as per the policy of the company stated in terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to all the customers to check their papers for any errors before submitting it. However, if the customer submits the paper without checking it the company shell not be held responsible for any inconvenience afterwards. If their are any complains the customer has the provision to have his/her paper revised provided that the instructions remain the same. Please refer to the revision policy for more details.

Refund and order cancellation policy

When you place an order with us, it is assumed that you agree with the terms and conditions of the company. After the order is placed, it is immediately assigned to the writer for ensuring the prompt services. However, for any reason if you want to cancel the order, it should be done within 12 hours of the placing of order. The following amounts shall be applicable in case of cancellation of the order within 12 hours of the order placement:

• Up to 50percent of the total amount shall be refundable in case of cancellation of the order before 12 hours of the order placement
• 50 percent of the total amount shall be charged as service charges
• Any other amounts shall be discussed and decided mutually depending upon the case.

Revision policy

The request for revision shall be submitted within three weeks of the delivery of the order.  All the revisions requested within three weeks of the order delivery shall be done absolutely free of charge. However, any revisions requested after three weeks of the date of delivery of order shall be charged with the discussed amounts.

Payment policy

All our customers can pay for the order through secured means of PayPal. You can pay for your order through your credit or debit card holding Master, Visa American Express etc. all the prices are mentioned on the website and there are no additional charges to any order once accepted for payment. However, all the instructions for an order should be given with the original order, and any details or request for changes received late on for an order placed earlier shall be considered a new order and shall be paid accordingly.
